The brushless gear motor is powered by a brushless DC motor and features a gear mechanism. The gear mechanism typically consists of either a spur gearbox or a planetary gearbox. The gears mesh with each other, reducing the speed of the brushless DC motor while simultaneously increasing the output torque.

Brushless gear motors offer several advantages, including high efficiency, extended lifespan, reduced maintenance requirements, and quieter operation compared to brushed motors. They are ideal for applications demanding precise and reliable power transmission.
