This 37mm spur gear motor is a brushed DC gearmotor platform designed around a fixed Ø37mm gearbox and a 36mm body length. The electrical operating range is 3–26V DC, supporting both low-voltage battery designs and 12V/24V systems depending on winding and ratio selection.
For quick selection, the series provides reference configurations such as 50:1 (3–8V), 150:1 (10–14V), and 490:1 (22–26V). Each ratio group is associated with a defined gearbox length (19–29mm), which helps mechanical engineers verify the stack-up early and avoid bracket redesign later. Performance tables are available for no-load, loaded, and stall points; these can be used to size the driver and set current limits.
For OEM production, we support shaft customization, wiring/connector options, and encoder integration when feedback control is required. Typical applications include vending equipment, garden locks, actuators, home appliances, and industrial tools.
