The IND-32GM500 micro metal gearmotor integrates a 500-size brushed DC motor with a spur gearhead for compact, repeatable speed reduction. The mechanical envelope is standardized at Ø32 mm and 20.4 mm motor body length, making it suitable for small mechanisms where the CAD space is already fixed. The spur gearbox is 11.3 mm long and supports ratio options 78:1, 380:1, 490:1, and 718:1, allowing engineers to select an output speed band while maintaining torque margin.
Electrical operation is 9–25V DC, covering common 12V and 24V systems. Reference configurations include 12V with 78:1 and 24V with 490:1 as starting points for prototyping and quoting. For OEM programs, we support shaft customization, wiring/connector options, and encoder integration when feedback is required. Typical uses include lamps, display stands, craft gifts, fans, and compact actuators.
