Our customer designed a smart radar-powered pool cleaner. It can clean up to 6,000 square meters of swimming pool on a single charge. It is a WiFi-connected smart device that can be operated from a mobile phone. They want to find a brushless DC motor supplier in China as a partner for communication. Because all the raw materials and assembly of the pool cleaners are in China.
The customer has tested some brushless motors provided by other motor manufacturers. The life can meet the requirements, but the torque is always not enough. This product design requires the pool cleaning equipment to handle pool debris, over the pool stairs and any surface of the pool.
Solution:
According to customer torque specification requirements, we develop brushless planetary gear motor. Make it easy for pool cleaning equipment to handle debris, climb pool stairs, or adsorb on any surface of the pool.
Results:
lasted 8 months, with 2 times EVTs and 1 time PVT testing. The customer has sincerely praised our research and development ability. Give us a like for our service. At present, we are working on a trial production of a sample pool thermostat for our client’s new project. Looking forward to the cooperation on the next project.
