Project Challenges:
Most of the cordless dental oral irrigator on the market because of a series of problems such as big noise, insufficient torque, insufficient stability and large volume, users in the process of using oral irrigator experience is poor.
The customer asks us to recommend a DC gear motor with diameter less than 10mm, low noise, but large enough torque. The customer intends to replace the gear motor, a key component of the oral irrigator, to solve the current troubles.
Solution:
Based on the survey of consumer demand and market trend, we propose to use our 6mm planetary gear motor with the smallest diameter. Coreless DC motor and metal gearbox combination of the solution.
This solution uses a lightweight design concept to deliver high frequency, steady interval pulse water flow to the user. To achieve tooth cleaning, it also has the advantages of low noise and small size, improving product function and user experience.
Results:
After testing, this drive solution brings high frequency, stable pulse water flow, achieve tooth cleaning, improve the user experience.
Let customers’ products more competitive, in the market by more consumers love. The customer is predicting 100,000 more units in 2024, which is great news. On the way forward, we will work harder to provide more solutions for more customers.
